Established in 2014, it was revived from near-abandoned conditions and is now dedicated to cultivating exotic and heirloom varieties.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Casona plot, meaning “Big House,” is Santa Lucia’s first Gesha planting. Planted in 2014 using Gesha seed sourced from Francisco Serracin of Panama’s Don Pachi Estate, this lot shows a distinctly floral, delicate profile with berry-like character. Triángulo, planted in 2018 from the same seed stock, is often compared to Casona for its brighter, more citric and fruity cup profile \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCherries for this lot were picked on April 11, 2025 at peak ripeness, then floated, depulped, and dry-fermented for 36 hours before washing.
