Peru Las Damas, Organic & Fair Trade

I thought this one was just ok. Nothing to write home about.

Much like Indonesia Sumatra, Peru Las Damas is such a tasty and bold coffee. So flavorful and lively, no need to add sugar.

This coffee is so smooth. I drink it black, only adding sprinkling of ground cinnamon and it tastes amazing. I would recommend it to all coffee lovers.

Really nice chocolatey notes. I didn’t quite taste the orangey notes, but that might have to do more with me just starting to get good coffee and still learning to notice these things.

Cant think of a better way to start the Morning than with a cup of Peru Las Damas.

I love the flavors and smells of Bean and Bean coffee. I first learned from them via a work morale event, where we had a coffee tasting with 4 our the Bean and Bean flavors. Peru Las Damas is my favorite! But they're all SO GOOD>

I don't write reviews online. But this coffee is absolutely amazing. There's a lot of talk about light roast etc. but there's a reason why espresso is usually medium roast. It's because you get a perfect balance of roasty flavors and a tiny hint of fruit acidity.

That's exactly what this coffee provides. It's so full of flavor it's insane, and it's clean too. No funk or fermented or off notes. Just roast and a tiny bit of citrusy acidity. If you want your coffee to taste like coffee, not so light it becomes like tea or juice, and you don't like a burnt dark roast, you will love this coffee.

That said, there is some (really delicious) acidity in this coffee. If you're looking for basically no acidity or fruitiness, I highly recommend bean&bean's medium-dark Brazilian coffee, that one offers a bolder roast flavor and pairs amazingly with milk drinks.

But this one will have my heart forever. Coffee like this reminds me why I like espresso.

Taste is not as pronounced as other beans you offer.

This is a great tasting, rich coffee. Definitely a medium roast - not too light or strong. Really enjoy the flavors of this coffee. Highly recommend!

I have been using some coffee given to me has a gift at Christmas time. This is after a period of time of using the Las Damas beans. When I went back to those beans I was blown away by how rich and wonderful the coffee was. I guess I had forgotten how good this coffee is and it took a while away from it to bring that back to me. I, too, use a French press and steep the coffee for 6 minutes. Incredibly rich and flavorful with no increase in acidity or other unfavorable traits. I hardly and highly endorse for anyone wanting a great cup of coffee!

This is good coffee but it is a lighter roast. I prefer a medium roast, but this coffee is still good. If you like a lighter roast, you will most certainly appreciate this one!
